Serve & Smile Event

This week, Detroit Serves Detroit partnered with CASS for Serve & Smile, a buffet style community meal where we served 300+ meals of sweet and sour chicken, mac and cheese, egg fried rice, and custom designed cupcakes. The teamwork and care that went into preparing and serving every plate made the day impactful.

After serving, our volunteers wrapped up the day by going ice skating together and had an amazing time celebrating the work we did and the community we served!
